Hotel Felmis exceeded all expectations during our recent stay for Christmas. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The staff truly went above and beyond, showcasing their superior hospitality by helping me retrieve a bag of souvenirs moments before my departure for Zurich. The welcome drink upon arrival added a personal touch to our experience.Furthermore, the hotel's location on the quiet Horw peninsula allowed for tranquil walks and easy access to nearby attractions such as the transport museum and the old town of Lucerne. The restaurant with its two terraces offered delicious traditional cuisine at reasonable prices, ensuring a memorable dining experience. We also appreciated the mini-golf course and tennis club right by the hotel, providing additional entertainment options.The personal atmosphere created by the caring team at Hotel Felmis truly made us feel at home. The family-run business's attention to detail, from the warm welcome to the well-maintained amenities, made our stay exceptional.
